My fav is likely just a Altmer due to their gothic architecture and their sophicistated culture, also magic powerhouses even if in boomerowind and oblivion they were magic glasscannons

I love how Dunmer were voiced as East London trash in Skyrim.

And I may have created a large titted blue elf destruction mage or three over the years.
