Have you tried any fountain pens? I got a Lamy Vista recently and found it comfortable to write with.
I am just too clumsy, I'll just make a mess with a fountain pen with ink all over me, atleast that's what happened when I was in primary school.

Whatever Pilot G2 pens were in my previous job's supply room lol. I would stop by this room every once in a while, usually closer to the end of the day, and snag 1-2 of those pens, scratchpads and similar shit like I need it for a meeting or such so that it wouldn't look suspicious even if someone looks at the camera footage. I think by the time I left the job I had a huge pile of those pens at home.

Yes, I love Staedler Mars micro leads - for pencils I always loved Rotring ones, but I can't seem to find them in the US anywhere offline. The last time I've seen some was a few years ago in some small art shop in Cuckronto when I went to Canada.

I never use pens, I write in pencil all the time(specifically a 4b). I legit haven't used a pen since I was 15.
I love fountain pens.
I got this one pen from my Oma & Opa (great grandparents) for christmas and it has a screwdriver in it, a level and a small ruler imprinted on the side. On top of that it feels like a good thick material (I want to say metal but probably some kind of plastic) and overall great quality

i don't see what makes a mechanical pencil like that better than a cheap one tbh. i just fill my combination pen's mechanical pencil part with expensive lead and it works very well. plus i can switch to black, blue or red pens extremely quickly
