I would have to say sausages.

Brown maple sausages with eggs, oatmeal, and tomato with a little fruit salad.

The key to breakfast is to not eat a lot. You just want enough energy to get you through a couple of hours but not so much that you get tired and drowsy from being so full.

Pancakes with mapel syrup are probably my favourite traditional breakfast food, though I hate how they make my teeth feel fuzzy. I don't really like breakfast much and skip it almost each day.
