I used to work out and be in relatively good shape in high school but I went to college, dropped working out and got super fucking fat. I've tried getting back into it but being so fat makes it so exhausting, it makes it really hard to stay motivated. When I was in high school I wasn't some huge muscle man but I was thin and in shape so I didn't get as exhausted from it. It also was less embarrassing being seen. Now that I'm so fat and short I look comical and it really takes all the motivation out of being seen. I'm trying to work out at home now but I really lack any motivation. I'm doing daily exercises for 15 to 30 minutes since I have to spend a lot of time on homework and projects. Anyone else in this position?
 
do keto you won't really need to do sports, or you can buy a home gym bike/crosstrainer (they are like 500€ for good quality I think) better than gym member ship and you can stay at home
 
I do set of 6-8 w very low wait time between sets and it works decently
 
How is your food intake (calories)? That is even more important than exercising itself
 
Exercise doesn't help much in losing fat, you have to cut calories. One of the best diets is keto because it decreases you hunger, would also suggest intermittent fasting.

Not too bad. Because of the terrible hours of the dining hall and having to only eat there since I don't want to waste what little money I have I only get to eat 2 meals a day. I try to stay away from carbs like bread and potatoes and shit like that. I mostly eat fruit, vegetables and eggs. I'm losing weight but its super slow. I lose about 2 lbs a week.

My start weight was 210, now I'm 183. My goal is 140 by the summer of 2019.

The most important thing is to make your body look like an inverted triangle. Wide as possible at the shoulders and thin as possible around the waist. No one will see your abs if you're walking around in public. Focus on getting the overall shape for the most practical day to day aesthetic
