Exactly my problem. That's why I disagree that fatcels are volcels. There are lots of factors maintaining a slim physique when you were obese.
And to losing weight. There are such methods which are Fasting and Calorie Restriction but it's incredibly hard mentally going through the urges to eat. And even when you eat less and lose a bit of weight you just gain them back because of how fcked up ur metabolism is

I see a lot of fatcels are tall and turn out to be Chad when they slim down. My theory is that people who were fat as kids usually get enough nutrients, extreme excess of course but in a good way, so that they grow enough big of a frame/height during puberty, and that when they slim down, they have obvious Chad features, like this.

The chances of having loose skin are lower if you lose weight slowly and build muscle underneath. Starvation maxxing super fast will leave you with loose skin.
