I'm the laziest piece of shit ever and I lose weight just setting on my couch and not shoving tons of junkfood and fastfood down my throat like fat lazy women do. This tbh. If you have a normal metabolism and don't constantly eat you will automatically lose weight. Especially at a big size. If you have a big body your body needs much energy and if you eat less than you need you will lose body mass. I also did no sports during weight loss. I just stopped drinking unhealthy stuff or eat chips during work/fun at the computer. Especially at the start the weight loss was extremely fast.
