I started gymceling since i was 14, lost weight, gained muscles and still ended up on this forum at 23 KHHV. I still go to the gym tho, but my mentality is not the same anymore, before i was hoping so ascend this way, now i am just coping with gymmaxxing so i avoid ropemaxxing
