If you have a fast metabolism you are a truetruecel because not only does being skinny fuck your looks up but literally almost any untrained person can fuck you up. The gym barely feels enjoyable because you make slow progress while everyone gains 3-4 lbs a week eating 1-2 cals a day while you torture yourself and make zero progress.

Last year I used to eat kotas(search it on google) I barely gained and lost it in a few days. This year I ate a shit ton and I know at least can fit in a pair of jeans but they are still a bit big but if I don't continue eating like the way I've been eating then I'll lose it again in a few weeks

Yep. I have an extremely fast metabolism and I find it hard to be over 59 kg at 180 cm no matter how much I eat

I only had 500 cals because I ate all my high cal foods in 3 days

If you're struggling to get in calories, try smoothies.

250 ml milk -- 100 cals
100 gms oats -- 380 cals
2 bananas - 200 cals
2 tbsp of peanut butter -- 190 cals
1 tbsp of honey -- 70 cals

That's almost a 1000 calories.

Add in a 100 gms of mass gainer and you get an additional 400 calories.

You can easily train yourself to drink 3 of them over the course of a day. Might take a few days to get used to it.

I literally ran out of peanut butter, bananas and oats because I ate them all in just a couple days

It depends on how skinny but being slim will always improve your looks. Facial fat is a looks killer.

My dad is 5`1 and my mom is 4`10 so I don't think they'll ever flame me tbh. I've been taking the whitepill for a while now and nothing is gonna change, at least find some happiness in the little I have I guess

Yeah. It’s so brutal being skinny and not gaining weight. Average man can gain weight and strength so easily compared to me
 
I’d rather eat slop and gain 2lbs in a year than breathing air and fucking gaining 10lbs in a hour

Your metabolism will slow with age, I was only 140lbs at 20 and now at 24 I am 175lbs, no big change to my diet.
