Yes but even if I watch a show I will get the urge. I get that I can‘t deny my sexuality but man the feeling afterwards is probably even worse then going home from work after friday only to know I will be rotting and petty myself for two days straight.

I did it for years just to cope. It doesn't even feel good anymore and the frustration is a more lasting distraction. I will say when I give in and coom tho the post nut clarity is intense. I have visions. I want more of THAT part of it.
