A/C is expensive you know not AC thats alternating current but it does run on that power from the wall.

Running an A/C is like running two full size refrigerators in one room so it can draw lots of power because of the compressor and two fan motors, you never wanna really run it too much because you get too cold or end up paying higher electricity bills.
