It actually makes your case stronger to be a truecel. Because if you're a mentalcel, your failures in dating could be attributed to being non-NT. People could argue you're a fakecel because you might actually look attractive but your mental just holds you back. However, if you have no mental illnesses, then you could blame your failures more to being truly ugly.
