No one is denying that those experiences are brutal and leave a permanent mark on how you see the world. But when we start blaming an entire group of people for the actions of a few despicable thugs or bullies, we stop seeing the specific people who actually hurt us. This is what many women do these days, where they have a negative experience with some man — typically a Chad they foolishly pursued — and they immediately blame every single member of the male population, despite the fact it is a minority that exhibits the behavior they are complaining about, as well as the conduct not being gender-specific in the first place. Admittedly, the media has been pushing a significant amount of BBC propaganda in the last few years, and there are even some datasets that show the results of that, so this could explain some of your personal experiences; although, interracial relationships are not as widespread as many people think they are, as evidently, white women still have high racial in-group preference.
I will tell you this: there is no doubt that there is a disproportionate number of Jews, particularly Ashkenazi, in groups that have brought detrimental harm to humanity, such as feminism. However, none of these groups are exclusively Jewish, nor are they part of some intricate conspiracy that is being operated solely by the Jews, as these are largely ideological concepts; there are many Jews who oppose progressivism, arguably more than many other races, just as there are Jews who promote these corrupt ideologies. The same goes for every other race.
One must also understand that Jewish people are not some homogeneous group that functions as a monolith — there are Mizrahi Jews, Ashkenazi Jews, Sephardic Jews, Ethiopian Jews, etc. All of these are distinct sub-groups that fall under the general group, but they have come from different cultural backgrounds and have differing beliefs on certain concepts. Even if we were to entertain the idea of a global plot by the Jews, it would be mostly associated with Ashkenazi Jews — and a tiny minority of them at that — not the entirety of race, albeit it would be better to frame it as a case where a minority of Jews are more likely to be in positions of power (which are often associated with corruption), not that your genetics inherently make you corrupt. I would advise you to look into the political landscape in Israel if you want to understand just how divided these groups can also be sometimes.

In that case, the only advice I can offer you is to try looking inward and reflecting upon your moral beliefs, and whether you can maintain these beliefs in a consistent manner, that is, if you value consistency. For what it's worth, I do hope you are able to overcome whatever impediments you may face in life, and hopefully can attain some level of happiness.
