I’m 200% for being fake in order to cheat the system but the term “fake it until you make it” has nothing to do with being fake. It means “be high iq, suave, seductive, good at social skills etc... until you make it”. Incels and autists can never utilize this advice because it requres you to be good at social situations.

Yup, if faking meant a way to fake these things I’d agree with the term, (as in wearing elevator shoes) but if you are already insecure/shy etc... you can’t switch to being the confident bad boy because personality is genes+societal success (sleeping with women and winning at sports) starting from middle school to college. If someone is “faking” their personality, they already had those personality traits to begin with thus they aren’t “faking” anything
