I’ll try to make this is short as possible. I’m a high inhib, high anxiety fearful person. I don’t like being this way.

What if I did some sort of masochistic style of extreme exposure therapy. Like make a short list of things that are very stressful and anxiety producing for me, and approach them head on. The result would be successful remission of that anxiety producing stimuli or it would destroy me mentally. Not much middle ground.

Seems like if it was successful it could be helpful to ones psyche and improve confidence. (Non sexual of course ). I feel I have to do something like this if I am ever to money max like I want.
