I was walking for behind some guy today for 10 or so minutes, I wasn't following him or anything, we were just going in the same direction.

He was maybe 5'7" or 5'8" (172-174 cm) or so and had narrow shoulders and skinny arms. Conclusions:
1. face > body+height combined
