Serious Eye surgery?

So I have a really fucked up eye area. Normally my eyes look alright, although I do have some upper eyelid exposure. However, when I LDAR and eat just a little too much, my upper eyelids disappear because of increased body fat. It only happens one eye at a time though and it swaps around every 2 or 3 days so my eyes look disproportionate as fuck. Occasionally I have one Sean O'pry eye and one eye that looks like this guy's
which makes me unable to leave the house until I gymcel my eyes back to normal.
Would it be possible for me to get eye surgery to make both of my eyes look like they do when i'm fat? I need a solution to my boring round slav face.

Depends on what country you get it in.

I got ptosis repair in Thailand and a canthoplasty in the states, but in both cases I got a bunch of other work done at the same time.

I don't know what can be done but you're the only case I'd say actually needs it.

That's not me in the picture. I was just giving an example. The less upper eyelid that's showing on one of my eyes, the more there is on the other. If my right eye is hunter then the left is prey as fuck. It swaps around every 3 days on average.

As an eyecel I can confirm these are on my list...If you don't get these surgeries you are certain to die alone with no friends.

I once had a conjunctivitis on one side of my eye and the eyelid on this side still looks bigger. Having only one bad eyelid is actually worse than just having two bad eyelids because it creates asymmetry. If you have two bad eyelids that look equal, it is at least symmetrical. I feel you.
