It depends on your actual phenotype, bone structure, and height; most hair types are fine if put on a 6'2 white Chad, though the denser curly look seems to be popular with younger foids...

I myself have straight hair; looks mindnumbingly dull and subhuman on a sub 5, but fine on the usual HTN or above.

True subhumanity is in the face. Skeletors can bulk and devil-hairs can get a cut. If you have a subhuman face, there is no saving you.
