This isn't even the biggest problem; the user clearly doesn't know how to use incels.The website keeps track of time using the device time, and from that it produces a message by subtracting the time by military tim. so for example if I make a post at 9:50, then refresh at 9:55 it would do 18:55-9:50 then display a message "5 mins ago" and I assume if it goes over 24(a new day) itll say "yesterday at 9:50" after each refresh"(@Master could correct me if I am wrong):

but the important thing even for moblie itll never say the date unless its been a week or longer:
