When you have a mental illness/disability or look physically different people will deliberately go out of their way to fuck with you because they know that you have no capabilities of fighting back within the socially accepted boundaries (e.g. no violence allowed), you automatically stand out due to these reasons and everyone thinks that he/she can fuck with you to get some cheap laughters.

Therefore you become a magnet for assholes as soon as you are standing out due to being below average in terms of looks/mental health or not having an average IQ.

This almost happened to an extreme aspie who I used to work with. I didn't see it happen as it had happened at the company he was at before he worked with us, but apparently he literally said "you look nice today" to a foid and he was immediately accused of sexual harassment. I don't think he got in any legal trouble but he was ostracized to the point of leaving the company by the other coworkers. This guy was a legit NW7 at age 28 and an extreme aspie, as in you only had to speak to him for 10 seconds to know he was autistic. He was honest though and not at all sexually perverted, actually gave off strong asexual vibes.

Autistic people are so incredibly honest that it gets them into trouble all the time. They are literal preys in this dark triad society

Funny thing that victim blaming is always used in a different manner nowadays: You are only accused of it, when you remind women/(sexual) minorities of their responsibility for their own wellbeing.

Examples:

• when you say that sexual temperance is the best way to prevent getting STDs LGBTQs/women will accuse you of victim blaming, while you say nothing more than that proper precaution could prevent a disaster
• when a cop warns young women about the dangers of being drunk on the streets at night he gets accused of victim blaming, although he just recommends them to stop doing stupid shit so that they don't put their lifes in danger needlessy
• when someone tells women that they should finally take some responsibility for their own safety they accuse you of victim blaming and tell you "Teach men not to rape and not women to behave!" - rapists know btw that what they do is seen as despicable, even the mentally handicapped ones, but they do it anyways and deliberately choose to neglect the socially accepted morals, rapists/murderers have always existed and will always exist, no amount of social stigma will ever stop someone when he truly desires something, some people simply enjoy causing suffering

Today victim blaming gets used in all the wrong ways. Nowadays it means: "Telling people that the world is not a nice place and that they should take care of their own safety or at least try to minimize the risks." What's the point of this? To trick or force you to work more for less compensation--to make the company more money. I'm particularly amused by many corporations' requirement for you to degrade yourself for them. A normie near me was forced to watch a 'data visualization competition' (advertisement) using some software, and the software workers on the call were forced to take part in some humiliating dance after the competition. This sort of thing is becoming more common -- e.g., "team-building exercises." Is the point to convince you that you're a piece of shit who needs to know his place? Or is it the byproduct of 'managers' being able to express their sadism on their underlings?

Team building bullshit is just HR having nothing to fucking do and trying to look useful. They are bored out of their mind and waste everyone's time like that.

I think part of it is to make corporations look more human friendly and to make it more believable when corporations collectively work to remove free speech and make certain people unemployable because of "muh commitment to values".
