I left one job and it took a while to find another one because of my ugly face. Also other gaps are due to leaving jobs because I was suffering from crippling anxiety. Thought I would sell pics of my feet online but I don’t have a hole between my legs so no market for them.

I had more than a 2 year gap on my resume - including this year. That question came up a lot, or at least it was probably the reason I kept getting turned down for jobs I was well qualified for. I did finally manage to get a job after dozens and dozens of Zoom interviews but it's only because of Covid and I was working a startup project so I had stuff to show. But most employers don't give a shit about your intelligence, experience or anything, all they want to see is a history of being a good slave for the Jews. The employer needs proof that you do your job, you don't quit or get fired, you shut up and accept your sub standard pay and be their little bitch. That's what the jews want and that's what your resume with no gaps needs to show.

Then you can fill in a gap until you get something you want. Then of course you can always make up some contracting gig or have someone cover for you.

Just a reminder that your grandparents never had this problem. Back then, they could just walk into a job, apply and get hired the next day. Job interviews weren't stringent then. These days, if you hate job interviews, you would have to apply at a temp agency. The only downside is that you have to work with ex-cons, thugs and people with anger management/attitude issues.

It really is the best wageslave job. Mogs all of the customer service jobs and factory line jobs with work every second of every minute of every hour and only 1-2 scheduled, timed breaks.
If you work slightly faster or there isn't much work that day, you can chill and talk to people, you can go sit down somewhere for like 30 minutes. Also I don't even need to work fast cause like 75% of the other workers are lazy normies, women or old people who are slow and make me look better in comparison, jfl.

A few days was way longer than it took for me to be taught how to do my (old) job. Literally took like 30 minutes to teach me how to do the task I'd do on a daily basis, and anyone with a basic understanding of how to use a computer could do it. This employer only accepted people with college degrees btw, despite the fact that the work there didn't require any specialist knowledge at all.
On my old account here @Saddam I made a thread about how there shouldn't be any need for college degrees in 2020, at least for most people. Most jobs are easy as fuck (and I am not one of those naturally talented people who find everything easy by any means). But of course it's an employers' market, like many people ITT have said it's just like the dating market: masssively overqualified people (men) seeking jobs (foids) which offer next to nothing in return, and still being expected to be grateful.

This is a really interesting aspect of capitalism to me. The one and only goal of a company is to make money, yet we can't recognize this reality. Instead we're forced to larp about "company values." What's the point of this? To trick or force you to work more for less compensation--to make the company more money. The collective effect is that we live in a fantasy world constructed by corporations.
I'm particularly amused by many corporations' requirement for you to degrade yourself for them. A normie near me was forced to watch a 'data visualization competition' (advertisement) using some software, and the software workers on the call were forced to take part in some humiliating dance after the competition. This sort of thing is becoming more common -- e.g., "team-building exercises." Is the point to convince you that you're a piece of shit who needs to know his place? Or is it the byproduct of 'managers' being able to express their sadism on their underlings?

Also I suppose in those easy jobs they don't have much to go by to filter and judge the employees, so college degrees are one of the easiest way for them to have some sort of basic requirements.
This wouldn't be a problem if HR people were competent and had accurate and objective ways of testing if someone is qualified or not.

This almost happened to an extreme aspie who I used to work with. I didn't see it happen as it had happened at the company he was at before he worked with us, but apparently he literally said "you look nice today" to a foid and he was immediately accused of sexual harassment. I don't think he got in any legal trouble but he was ostracized to the point of leaving the company by the other coworkers. This guy was a legit NW7 at age 28 and an extreme aspie, as in you only had to speak to him for 10 seconds to know he was autistic. He was honest though and not at all sexually perverted, actually gave off strong asexual vibes.
