One of my worries about any kind of positive experience is the uncertainty about it happening again. As much as it might be nice to be kissed, it might be worse to know what I'm missing out on. Over the years, I've self-sabotaged because "ignornace is bliss" and "out of sight, out of mind."

If there is anything that I learned from anime it's that no matter never give up. For example, when Luffy was fighting against Crocodile in the Alabasta arc, and it took him like 3 tries to beat him.

I will never give up against the degeneracy and the wrong that is in this world.
