For my place for example, Hong Kong (and East Asia) has the highest IQ people in the world, yet the average expat earns 181,666$ HKD per month, while the average local earns around 20,000$ HKD per month.

Likewise, in USA, the average H1B earns 167,533$ USD, the average American earns 66,622$ USD.

Then they proceed to send a large amount of their overpaid income back to their home countries, even taxes won't be enough in all cases.

All of that money could be used to train locals.

They should be taxed 50% on what they are earning for ten years of their residence.

its not about IQ in that case, its about skillset. If the locals dont have the skillset that earns that amount why blame the imported Expats?
