Shit like having a beard and long hair, glasses, shitty fashion sense etc are pretty much completely neutral or even endearing factors on a lean guy but for an obese dude every single one of these things becomes a compounding factor that makes you look exponentially shitty and subhuman. Applies to a lesser extent even to a guy who's just mildly overweight or even "average". Having low body fat doesnt make you attractive or make women want you but it makes you stand out less as distinctly ugly
