Before I knew the term incel, I knew about MGTOW for about a year (I guess I just ignored inceldom for some reason, denial idk).

During that time, I read so many MGTOW stories, the blackpill naturally developed in my mind. It's just so enlightening, the way women treated these men.

And these guys aren't losers most of the time. They're guys with jobs, kids, ex-wives. There's countless stories where a guy has a wife that he loves and thinks that she is his everything, then he loses his job and the wife shows he true colors within weeks. Or divorce stories where she takes half his shit, his house and then alimony + child support.

It's just such a good source of enlightenment about the nature of women.

I did the same, but I was particularly interested in some of the more niche, anti-feminist side of mgtow/mra/manosphere. Like where you learn the actual history of everything, how deeply embedded this is in our governments and institutions and it isn't new, this shit goes back AT LEAST 100 YEARS.

I think MGTOW has been somewhat infiltrated by the feminists. The whole manosphere seems to be self-censoring now, too afraid to hurt feelings and be painted as misogynists.

Incel communities are the last ones to stand, that's why they're so demonized. Just look at r/braincels, they've already been pussified.

I think money is what led to it's fall. I still remember when it was just low quality videos of guys sharing their theories on youtube. No donations or patreons. AVFM and the Honey Badgers were questionable, but in the early days, they at least seemed to be as critical of feminism and female nature as anyone else. When I knew it was the beginning of the end was when Sandman came on to youtube and was gaining a following. It was so transparent he was just trying to cash in on the new rising subculture and niche market on youtube. His content was weak and lowered the general discourse amongst the community. Him making money in spite of this made all the old timers pissed off and now they all wanted a share.

Naturally, this all leads to how to package and sell "mgtow", "mra", "manosphere", "the redpill", etc. That shit always leads to watering down the message because it is no longer a message, but instead a product.
