You will probably continue to rot as an incel, but the change in power dynamics once you start lifting is legit. The appearance of being a meathead thug (even if you are high inhibition like me and have no actual capacity for violence) is the great equaliser in this world. The racism, the snobbery, the classism, the lookism... all of it means nothing if you're a hulking mass next to someone half your size. They won't say shit to you, ever. This advice is extra legit if you're tall and if you have a good frame.

Makes life slightly less unbearable.

the only way for you to know that a manlet is more or less respected when gaining muscles is gaining muscle and noticing any difference. if you've never done it, you have no way of knowing, and everything you believe will be nothing more than mere speculation.

I am manlet, besides having several other disadvantages that imprison me in inceldom (so I define myself as allcel). but I can assure you that people's respect for me has increased a lot after I've gained some muscle. Before, people fought with me for futile reasons. today, rarely does anyone dare to speak to me in a harsh tone. many times, I have to say exactly what my co-worker is trying to tell the customer to understand and stop fighting.

Maybe it's your case. But you will never know until you gain muscle. In my case, after gaining muscle, I noticed an improvement in the treatment of people with me. I'm still incel, but this is better than nothing.

To me, feelings like shame and anxiety do not make sense to an incel. You'll be seen as a piece of shit anyway. So feeling embarrassed, or being paranoid about what people are thinking does not make any sense.

Gym culture is extremely popular now and everyone lifts weights because of zyzz and instagram, so it means nothing. Manlets have tiny limbs so they can't build as much muscle as someone taller than them, so they will always look pathetic and weak. If you don't want to look weak just don't be low bodyfat.

I'm a mental midget. I can't stop binge eating, I can't lose weight because I can't stick to eating at a deficit for longer than a week. I had a successful week, but then easter came and I've been binge eating for 3 days straight. It doesn't matter if it's a 300kcal, 500kcal or 700kcal deficit. I can't keep it up for long. I'm not even hungry every time I binge.
I can't resist cake and other sweets and when I'm hungry I binge on anything. My parents keep buying sweets and I can't control myself because I'm a weak pussy.

Low body fat percentage is everything as a male and I know how much it would improve my bloated face, but I can't stick to it. If there's candy or cake in the house I'll eat it.

This tbh I got shredded at one point but my frame is pathetic for a 5'9" man. I kind of just looked like a guy who does steroids. Pretty clownish. When I toned down on the lifting I actually started feeling better because lifting increases your sex drive and since we are all fucking losers who can't get our dicks wet all that sex drive you have is just driving you crazier. False, muscles are more visible on shorter bone with the same amount of time of gymcelling, i have long limbs (6'6'') and after 1,5y of training my arms arent huge as there could be on shorter people. Manlets also got that advantage that their move is shorter so they can lift much more, bench press for example.

I was going to post a thread about this.

Muscular size gives you instant status the moment you show up anywhere. Guys will fear and respect you. And, even if thots aren't attracted to you because of your subhuman face, at least they won't dare get lippy with you.
I know this because I used to heavily gymcell in my 20's.

I think you are imagining some bowflex shit when someone says home gym, for me home gym would be a squat rack, bench press seat, dumbell and barbell set, maybe a pull bar, that's it, there is no maintenance involved with that equipment.
 
the difference in how you're treated makes it worth it, no one talks shit to you, and you basically need to do very little to maintain your gains. Like just work your main muscle groups 3 times a week for 30 minutes
