If you don't have escapism cope then you will quite literally die.

If reality is very bad and you don't have any escapism from it then it's basically equal to torture. And too much torture can kill you like we all know if your body receives too much pain then you will die. So you cannot keep receiving the pain because It's literally torturing your mind. If you don't escape from it then you will quite literally die a very slow mental death.

U gotta have an escapism cope while you still can to keep your willpower while you're in still in this world. My escapism cope is a shit ton of hyperfixations on different shit. The more distant from reality (AKA the more fantastical) the better. But that includes a lot of stuff.

Stuff that doesn't count as escapism: Celebrities, social media, etc. Because they include what's happening ALL OVER THE WORLD. Stuff that quite literally, you shouldn't give two shits about because IT DOESN'T AFFECT YOU IN ANY FUCKING WAY. Now politics and shiet? That shit affects you, but I don't mean global politics I mean your town politics. These are the ones that affect you. They are also connected to country politics if you take into account the big picture.
