Heart feels weird from anxiety all day leaning on the edge of panic attacks. I read countless shooter’s manifestos/posts and they talk about how everyday is lived in discomfort. I’m guessing this is how they felt. Too many ways to ER. Dylann Roof targeting old people, Anton Pettersson targeting race, Adam Lanza targeting children, chink that got high score, etc..
