Do that and try and see if it still happens. Don't know how the algorithm itself works but the youtube website might be picking up the cookies on your machine from whe you visited incel sites and using that to factor in recommendations.

If you're on your phone you'll have to do it manually each time imo. But if you are on desktop you can set the preferences in your web browser so that it clears the cookies each time you end your browsing session by closing the browser window.

If you click "don't show stuff like this to me again" it will know for a fact you are actively trying to avoiding certain content and store that information about you.
It's better to just ignore those feedback prompts.

Also after each youtube session you have to manually clear watch and search history. Otherwise it will store that information even if you close out of your web browser and the browser is configured to delete all other website cookies everytime you close out of the browser window.

It’s because you browse incels.co on the same browser as YouTube. Install two browsers and keep incels.co away from your other sites, since multiple YouTube videos get embedded here with incel content YouTube cookies is picking it up.
