1. Leg lenghtening surgery
Congratulations on becoming paritally crippled and unable to engage in any intesne physical activity ever, also your arms still remain the same size and it will fuck up the proportions
2. Any face surgery
When you improve one aspect of your face inevitably all your other flaws get more noticable, it's like a video game customising shop, where 1 stat is maxxed out and others are on 1st level
Pictured below is Liam Payne, no idea who that is, but looks like he got buccal fat remloval and chin augmentation. It looks better, no doubt but still looks odd and other flaws bust hi. like prey eyes and defined jaw being 2cm narrower than width it's supposed to be. Keep in mind this guy is also HTN so clash between your surgery maxxed out corners of your face and typical subhuman looks would be so much kore severe
Bottom line
I'm not anti surgery or trying to discourage anyone, I'm simply sayinng that
Getting surgery will only be worth if you have one distinct flaw that downgrades your looks, not when you whole face or body looks terrible. This isn't surgery exclusive, this also goes for any artificial enhancements since your body won't know to adjust to new circumstances as it does organically.
As I said it applies everywhere–boydbuilding HGH gut, when body receives HGH but not the other 20+ hormes that naturally would be there, same goes women having BBL surgeries, when kim kardashian underwent surgery to have sheboon volumes of ass, but it looked rather odd because her legs stayed tame level of skinny
