Most don't and retain distinctly semitic features such as long and fleshy hooked noses. In the past, any Slav or German could identify Jews just from their facial features and mannerisms, especially the ones from the ghettos.

Like it or not, genetics do determine behavior. I consider myself a realist, since I've just observed far too many differences on average between races in every metric. doesn't mean I "hate" other races or condone violence, I just believe in differences which are obviously partly gene based, while also believing these cause issues when groups mix.
