I had to look it up but he is listed to be 200 cm 6'7 which in Japan would be a giga chad height. He height and frame mogs the average Asian into oblivion and has a very strong masculine jaw. His two ugly features are his lips and his high body fat.

But it's crazy how even when they obviously try to shill a beautiful girl and ugly guy relationship they give him several attractive features which make him at least average looking at the end of the day.

Considering that he is the same height as a boxer called Wilder and is listed to be 120 kg while Wilder was 105 kg during Wilder vs Tyson 2 we can deduct that the character is actually only overweight by 15 kg.
