I had to look it up but he is listed to be 200 cm 6'7 which in Japan would be a giga chad height. He height and frame mogs the average Asian into oblivion and has a very strong masculine jaw. His two ugly features are his lips and his high body fat.

But it's crazy how even when they obviously try to shill a beautiful girl and ugly guy relationship they give him several attractive features which make him at least average looking at the end of the day.
