Many people are Against Eugenics and Forced Sterilization , claiming it is "Pseudoscience" and Cruel and Inhumane to Forcibly Sterilize people. Yet America and other Nations just allowing anyone and everyone to Reproduce spells disaster for Society.
Many people falsely equate Eugenics and Forced Sterilization to what Nazi Germany did, murdering the disabled Mentally ill and physically disabled, that was wrong and Evil.
America had Humane Eugenics in the past, Forced Sterilization , look it up, but America never Exterminated the disabled.
Many claim It is inhumane to Forcibly Sterilize people with Serious Mental illness, but I think it's even more Inhumane to just allow them to Reproduce and spread serious Mental illness to their children, it's horribly unfair to the Children, the Children then wish they were never born. The Mentally ill parents then deeply regret having children.
Enough of this Politically Correct crap that allows Anyone and Everyone to Reproduce.

Eugenics shouldn't be paired up with forced sterilization, since the latter infringes on their rights of bodily safety and security. But having children isn't a natural right. You can implement eugenics without forced sterilization.

Simple. Breeding licenses, just like driving and business licenses. You have to pass some minimum threshold for being genetically fit (no major hereditary defects, not having debilitating or degenerative cognitive conditions like Down syndrome etc.), as well as demonstrate income stability to raise a family, because the state won't pay for bastard children. You also have to have a minimum IQ to breed. There are too many fucking stupid people breeding like rats.
