I do support stuff such as this, since it means not just physical appearances will improve but also that of things such as IQs, cognitive performance, and also removing certain genetic traits associated with stuff such as mental illness(ie; schizophrenia)

Now i'm just imagining creating a race of Nordic & Dinaro-Med moggers with 115+ IQs, no mental disorders, and the creativity of Whites but with less maladaptive empathy

I'm actually not too scared about that. The benefits of increasing everyone's abilities quite outweight any increased control the ruling classes would get by improving themselves while letting those under them to rot, so I'd expect every pragmatic society to try to spread those enhancements as much as possible, and every society that tries to restrict them to be outcompeted by the former.

It would make sense for the upper classes to help out in this case

As the old adage goes, "from each according to his ability, to each according to his need" which would mean the enhancements will be done in such a manner it will enhance certain needed traits

I agree, not only in terms of looks but also IQ, removing heritable disease & illness, etc.

A genetic monopoly controlled by the elites will be established in the future once the world is completely globalized. I'm just glad that none of us will have any grandchildren that'll suffer under it
