What about African-Americans? Y'know, who white people did their best to destroy our history and origin. Do we just mark a random spot in Africa and go there? And just hope that i'll be welcome with open arms?
If you're American there's a fairly good chance my slave ancestors were here longer than you, especially if you're Irish, German, Italian, or any of the white ethnic groups that mostly immigrated here in the late 1800s to early 1900s.
