They come into society where majority of people are long forgot or never even adopted to live along with wild animals so white people can't do much against them, white people are atomized, everyone for themselves, nobody cares nor will help each other unlike ethnics which stand for each other, they have powerful diasporas, connections, they bribe police, courts etc. so they can get away with crime.
