I think that, most of the time, people advocating for racial segregation have the idea that it should be 'national' in the sense that all members of a particular ethnicity are deported back to the country where their blood was cultivated.

That's very kind of you, but realistically, I doubt that would be feasible. It would take way too many resources to actually dictate who is or isn't 'respectful' to the native culture—it's a subjective thing, after all. It would be easier to just send everyone back...

The German Empire before the Weimar Republic had a very good solution, if you ask me.
Immigration to the German Empire was totally possible.
You just had to fulfill certain requirements. You needed to prove that you have a place of living (not homeless), a job (you could apply for work) AND you had to be accepted as a member by the community you wanted to live in.
Eventually you would get citizenship then.
A pretty fair deal, if you ask me, because if the community does not accept you, why would you want to live there anyway.
But if it does, you're all good.
And this way, you could, in theory, apply in another community, if you got rejected.
So, you see, a democrat vote is possible, but the people must want it, must be willing to tackle such issues.
I am all for peaceful solutions. No need to "KICK THEM ALL OUT BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY".
