Scenario​

As the title states, this is mostly just prostitution, but it isn't about the legalization of it, but rather a Quid Pro Quo. This sort of thing does happen, but the story below is a theoretical example...

Jane is a 25 year old woman. Despite being young and full of life, she doesn't have much money, and has been increasingly finding it hard to make ends meet.

Bob, on the other hand, is a fat 42 year old man. He got wealthy off of the bitcoin market (very based) so is generally kind of a dull person (very cringe).

It's no secret that Bob has the hots for Jane, and Jane obviously does not reciprocate.

So, it comes as a shock when Bob, being neurodivergent, offers to give Jane money in exchange for her fricking and sucking him. Not a lot of money, but more than enough to make ends meet.

Bob fully intends to pay her. Bob will do nothing more than what he agreed to.

Your question is: Is Bob acting ethically by making this offer?

Your argument is invalid because you've failed to take into account the fact that whoring out is a victimless crime. Unlike murder or theft, there are no innocent victims in the scenario you've described. As such, your entire argument is moot.

a large majority of the population would not want to be seen as, nor would they want to be around people who prostitute themselves. Bob’s approach could upset Jane, not only making her fear that she presents herself as a prostitute but also possibly making others believe that she would/ does prostitute herself.

that is incredibly dumb. 1) thats, as described, a small effect compared to large amount of money "possibly" "could" "would not want". 2) what if they are wrong to think that?

Bob has ascended into the ranks of of Gigachud. Making an arrogant near-wall roastie stoop to her most base instincts and grovel at the peepee of her master is a moral and necessary duty. Had Jane any redeemable qualities other than her physical appearance she would have plenty of money to provide for herself. Are there no prisons? Are there no workhouses? He provided work, sustenance, pay, and above all purpose for the foid, Jane.
