Just did some quick Aspie math based on my average faps per year since puberty and I have about 7,000 ish faps.

I started when I was 10 or 11 (Way before I could even cum). That is around 8-9 years. (Let's use 8.5 as the middle value between the 2)
I fap 2 times a day on everage.
2x365 = 730 faps per year
730x8.5 = 6,205+ in total

The only sexual count that matters is your lay count and it should be ideally greater than 0. Fapping is also not fun for me when I can't go in my full erect mode to have my complete size..
