No, it's a bad trait. Today at work some roastie said I have "a lovely little face". This means that I have zero sex appeal and look like a baby. No woman wants that. I even look a bit like a non-hapa ER. It is over.

Yes its better to look mature in your 20's than look like a kid. I would rather be the Chad athlete at 19 with stubbly mature face who got lots of sex and girls, but aged badly in his 40's rather than a babyface guy who got no sex at all and aged well in his 40's.
You may look younger at 35, but you can't act on it and go for 20yo girls. Your just a creepy older guy with a baby face.
