ER had a weak to recessed chin. He also had a fucking HIDEOUS nose, puffy lips, and an overall weak frame combined with manletism. He wasn't ugly, he just wasn't above the attractiveness threshold to get women easily, which combined with his autism was a death sentence.
His eyes, cheeks and jaw are all fairly decent, in particular his jaw and cheekbones are actually almost chad tier which is why people mistake him for being hot or attractive. But he was not, you cannot objectively say he was attractive from viewing multiple photos and angles of him.
