It's far too late, sadly. Some of the Baltic countries are trying. I think it's Denmark which has instituted some radical anti-immigration policies. They literally tear down areas if there's too great a concentration of immigrants living there, especially if there's high crime and unemployment, and force them to relocate:

And they're trying to deport refugees and limit immigration.
There's some small hope for these countries, and the likes of Ireland, Scotland, Wales an Italy. But it's impossible that England would ever adopt any such policies. We're too infested with migration already, and woke ideology. Any such policy just gets labelled "racist" and "far right", and half the country is now immigrants (so how would it even work?).
