If your like me and got chronic pain, Bruxism,TMJ,IBS developing scoliosis I got all of these I found a temporary relief if your a pussy or simply don’t want to indulge in fast killers (alcohol, hard drugs and self mutilation) which is the same thing, I got a good escape
I simply find myself completely miserable sitting on the toilet facing one of my hardest issues lol, if I start crying or start dissociating I simply take my fist and punch the shit of of my temples and brow ridge, tread lightly the first time I did it uncontrollably about 4 times and suffered persistent headaches for about 2 weeks, so I switch too controlled punches to the temple and brow ridge soft and tender enough to release tension I usually feel defeated but at least not completely mentally, feels nice for about 20 minutes the swelling is the bitch though.
Usually go for pressing my head against the wall and punching the soft spots and forehead gives the whole head a shake with the pressure of the wall.
(still considering drugs)
