I work in tech and these companies are filled with completely useless whores and they're never programmers, all they do is "manage". All of their work is extremely easy. I still don't know why the fuck companies need so many of these prostitutes.
I've wondered about that too. I think there must be an economic reason for the managersluts to receive a wage since companies operate in the simple basis of "increase gains reduce loses", so the cost of having them is inferior to the benefit they bring.
likely just typical corporate inefficiency with a degree of nepotism/favoritism sprinkled in. Roastisites get into the company via other roastisites, and they leech just the right amount off the corporation to not be noticed (especially during times of economic prosperity).
They manage to get hired/stay in the company despite being useless because the best job security is to be liked by your colleagues.
It's impossible to get fired from a corporate job if you are a young, attractive woman with incredible social skills (a.k.a. manipulative sociopathic slut).
I read some post on reddit in which a hole with no technical expertise put in charge of the OP of that post, who did have years of technical expertise, and made him do the work in a shit way. Ended up costing the company millions and SHE WASN'T EVEN FIRED.

From my experience it's usually some guy who brings the whores, some guy they fucked or some guy who wants to fuck them.
lol I don't work with tech and its the same thing. Useless whores that do basically nothing and when they do, they do a poor job. They have the same salary or more than the men who do the actual work. Calling them "prostitutes" is a complement, because prostitutes actually have to do something to get paid, they are parasites.

You are giving companies too much credit. Many simps simply benefit women because they hope of having sex with them. I am not even joking. My friend had his boss straight up telling him if he knew a girl that he could hire, he was not even talking about competence, he just wanted a girl, talked about like he was a bachelor in a STEM course in university wanting girls for a party. By the way he eventually hired a "hot" one (basically a 6/10 but here in this shithole she is a Stacy) and even gave her quick undeserved promotions as well.

They got 3months worth payoffs. They quit themselves, because Eldorado has come to an end. All will be fine having Twitter in resume, whatever worthless function they had there. I just hope Elon cares about his employees somewhat and not just pulling Machiavelli.

A company exists to make money for the investors. If a employee makes a hiring decision for his personal goals in a big enterprise, it will hurt a bit the business but not much, so it will go undetected. But if your friend's boss hires around 20-30 useless foids, I betcha someone will notice and they will get curbed.
These kind of practices are MOSTLY done in big businesses under the nose of the investors because no way a sensible businessman will allow an underling to hire eye candy if it's not overall profitable.

That's not how companies operate when they can run off of debt for many years. The managers try to up their headcount both to feel more powerful and to justify their position, so while they're at it they hire a bunch of useless women just to have them around. This grows the number of employees and stock value which looks good to stockholders, even when the company remains unprofitable because they're short-sighted crypto-kikes.
