What do you guys think: Does acne have one of the most tremendous impact on one's attractiveness? What would a 5/10 without acne be WITH acne? By how much is one's attractiveness lowered on a scale of 1-10 if the person has acne?

I think it depends on the age of the person and the underlying looks. An 18 year old Channing Tatum with acne would just result in the girls looking right through the acne. I've seen good looking guys get girls with acne when I was younger. It's basically like clothes over a chiseled body as long as the guy is good looking enough.

Try to prevent them from even appearing. It can be impossible due to hormones for some people, but follow the basics which you probably already know.

Acne doesn't matter unless it is severe. They can still date girls.
Mild is 1-2 visible red pimples or whiteheads.
Moderate is 3+ red pimples or whiteheads, and people instantly identify you as having acne.
Severe is probably 8+ red pimples and if its that bad you are probably seeing cysts as well.

Legit. Acne is a fucking satan spawn condition. Why the fuck do we have to suffer like this? I envy people with perfect skin even if they're flawed in other places. The asymmetry, the pain... hell, girls can't even kiss a guy with acne without puking. Add scars into the mix and an otherwise average guy like myself becomes a kissless virgin for life.

I will try to hop on accutane too even though there are many possible side effects. The thing is where I live accutane isn't prescribed to everyone and since my acne isn't severe I will probably get prescribed some shit creams and probiotics that never work.
I'm not planning on removing my acne scars. My scars aren't deep, but very visible due to the redness (my skin is pale). I hope they will get less visible, but of course they'll stick with me for the rest of my life.

I envy people who have an unhealthy lifestyle and still have clear skin. When I see people eat McDonalds stuff and they have glowing clear skin whereas I restrict myself in every area of life to not aggravate my acne breakouts and still have pimples.
By the way, acne scars don't look as bad as pimples in my opinion.
