unhealthy food is my biggest cope. healthy food, eating more healthy stuff and less unhealthy stuff in general would improve my body... but for what? sure I kind of regret not having worked out more over the past 2-5 years (even if it's just pull ups or rowing machine at home). I hate working out and why do something I HATE for "benefits" that will lead me nowhere?

When I was younger, maybe about 18-24, I always imagined a "nice" scenario that I now see as sad.
The fantasy was me, alone, somewhere in nature, nobody around, eating pizza and other food o like. I didn't want to be alone then but I was more content with it than I am now.
