1) The sex ratio. For every 100 women that are born, 105 men will be born. This natural 1.05 ratio means that there will always be "excess" men in younger populations when it comes to coupling. This obviously means that no matter what these 5% of young men do, they could never find a partner (in their own age range) no matter what they do, even if theoretically everyone would make 1:1 couplings.
2) There are more bisexual and lesbian women than there are bisexual and gay men. Self-explanatory.
3) Women have lower libido and since women are on hormonal contraceptives and on SSRI's, they don't really have an interest towards dating.
I think these ideas are far easier to sell to normies for them to understand. The moment you start talking about looks they start to mentally disengage because they can't handle the truth. Anything that would suggest that women are obsessed about physical features of a man gets met with ad hominems and resentment
