Like ice cream or cheese which don't have a Japanese equivalent so they just copied the English word. Every time they say it in animu it makes me giggle kek
Btw I get they didn't have ice cream until late in their history so no Japanese word for that but cheese always seemed weird. But I thought that even before trading with the west they'd have some dairy product equivalent to cheese.
