I a tour in Naples and had to go on a tour bus from Rome to Naples. There was an elderly couple that couldn’t find any seats and had to stand in back. Our tour guide tried and ask one woman if she could sit with the other passenger that was also sitting alone. This bitch said she can’t and said it’s because she has ptsd…so a man got up and gave up his seat so the elderly lady could at least sit down. Our tour guide thanked the man and the bitch with “ptsd” took it as an insult for thanking the man. This woman was mid 20s American 5/10
