In the past the knight class was reserved for the bigger richer and more well fed chads who were 6 foot tall and had expensive Armour thanks to daddy's money. On the field he would be a hero slaying all the peasant manlets who couldn't touch him. He would also be at a huge advantage in any trial by combat involving close combat weapons.

I wish one day we get a movie where these chads were arrogantly marching to their next peasant army to fight. Only to find out viable guns were in mass productions. The smug look of the chads face turned to horror when they realize these peasants could easily slaughter them like cattle by shooting through their thick Armour. The absolute horror when even in tiral by combat, their big size just made them an easier target to be shot at. How dare these peasant manlets actually have the means to kill me! Only I should have that right!

Pushkin was a nigger manlet and a troll who constantly started shit. But he was decently liked by the Emperor (even though he had revolutionary inclinations) and had celebrity status so his duels were resolved by negotiation or a symbolic fight where both opponents miss on purpose or just wing each other. Dantes OTOH didn't give a shit so he shot to kill. Surprise motherfucker.

Lermontov's final duel was even more hilarious, he was actually a good fighter and won his previous duels properly. He kept bullying a guy he knew from his days as a cadet (Martynov) until he got challenged to a duel. Being a Chad, he announced that he will purposefully shoot in the air. Martynov, who had enough of Lermontov's shit, was the first one to shoot, so he fucking shot him dead on the spot.

Moral of the story: don't start shit if you are a nigger manlet, and don't talk shit even if you are a Chad.
