Wow thats overweight for your size. I’d say work towards 230-245 pounds 18-20% bodyfat so you dont look so deflated.

Meh i've taken pics of me with my tripod before from a distance. Not really balloon shape that badly if i'm wearing my normal clothes. But yes when i'm shirtless and wearing underwear then jesus i look awful. But with loser fittings clothes i can still be big looking, but look less rounded out if that makes sense.
